The President, Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday issued a query to Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah, asking her to explain her role in the purchase of the N255m bullet proof cars.The minister who is already facing separate probe panels set up by the President and National Assembly has written Mr President to explain her side of the story.
In her response, the minister said procurement of the cars followed due process and was provided for in the NCAA 2013 budget.
