"We're dressing in little miniskirts and high high heels and we're going to milk a cow," Richie told E! News back in 2003 while promoting her reality-TV show The Simple Life with then-BFF Paris Hilton.
Kind of hard to believe, right?
But the sassy star quickly outgrew herSimple Life style, later adopting a more mature and sophisticated look, while bringing back the bob haircut and turning oversize sunglasses into the ultimate fashion trend.
"You know I am one to never say never about anything," she told E! News in 2010. "I said, 'Oh, I'm a mom now, I can never have a bob again' because it just sends the wrong message, and I cut my hair."
